What You'll Experience
This culinary trip lets you discover Northern Puglia in a truly authentic way, at a slow pace that allows you to fully enjoy each moment.Taste seasonal dishes, dine in small local gems, cook and share meals with local families, and experience the countryside during the olive harvest.You’ll make your own fresh olive oil — and taste it straight from the press. We’ll explore the most beautiful corners of Northern Puglia: rolling hills, ancient olive groves, and villages where time seems to stand still.
You’ll visit UNESCO World Heritage sites and hidden treasures at a relaxed pace, surrounded by the warm colours of the Puglian fall.

What's included in the tour:
- Comfortable accommodation in charming local B&Bs with daily breakfast.
- All delicious lunches featuring regional specialties.
- Participation in all planned activities, including olive harvest, cooking experiences, and workshops.
- Tastings of wine, olive oil, and other local products.
- Full ground transportation throughout the tour.
- Visits and entrance to villages, towns, and special spots.
What is not included:
- Your flight to and from Puglia (flight options for November 2026 will be available around April/May — e.g. Transavia direct flight Amsterdam–Bari).
- Evening activities and meals. Evenings are free to enjoy at your own pace. Most guests find that dinners aren’t really needed after our generous lunches and tastings — but for those who wish, local dinner options are excellent and very affordable.
Price and reservation
The total price of the trip is €740 per person, including everything mentioned above (excluding flights and dinners).
Join the Waitlist
Our scheduled groups are currently full, but you can still submit a request to join our waitlist. This way, you’ll be the first to know if a spot opens up. If we see there is a lot of interest, we may even look into opening a new date or welcome more guests.
In the worst-case scenario, being on the waitlist ensures you have priority access for our Puglia tours in 2027.
