• Thursday, November 6: Arrival in Bari and welcome to Trinitapoli, my hometown—our base for the weekend. We check in, enjoy an Italian lunch, and meet local producers.
• Friday, November 7: The olive harvest! We pick olives together, bring them to the mill, cook and have lunch with a local family, and then watch how our oil is pressed—and taste it fresh.
• Saturday, November 8: A road trip through Puglia—we visit the UNESCO World Heritage site Castel del Monte and the hidden gem Gravina in Puglia, where thousands of years of history unfold from prehistoric caves to medieval streets.
• Sunday, November 9: We explore Bari’s old town with a guided walk and taste local street food before everyone departs in the afternoon.

• Evening/dinners. Based on past experiences, our days are often filled with generous tastings and lunches, leaving guests feeling satisfied. When desired, local dinner options are typically very affordable and offer a chance for independent exploration.
