Delivery times
- Regular shop orders: Shipped as soon as possible, typically delivered within 7 days.
- Pre-order events: Delivery is typically within 4-5 weeks from the opening of the pre-order period. We will keep you updated on your order status.
Free pickup at Casa Parente You can pick up your order for free at Casa Parente, Boorstraat 113, Utrecht. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
Shipping within the Netherlands Standard delivery fee is €6.50 nationwide. Orders above €100 qualify for free shipping. Shipments are sent with a professional carrier such as PostNL, DHL or DPD. Standard delivery time is 1-2 working days once shipped. We aim to ship within 5 days from placing the order.
Order tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
Damaged or lost items If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days at pierluigi@terracollective.nl. We will offer a replacement or refund.
Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect. See our Return and Refund Policy for more information.
