Forget Champagne. This is how the mountains do bubbles.

ART comes from the Dolomites, where the air is thin, the nights are cold, and Chardonnay grows on chalky slopes at altitude. It's made the classic way—bottle fermentation, 36 months on the lees—but it tastes nothing like Champagne. It tastes like here. Like stone and snow and alpine clarity. This is Trentodoc at its best: elegant, precise, alive.

What makes it special?

Bright straw-yellow in the glass, with bubbles so fine they almost vanish. The nose is citrus and white flowers with a whisper of chalk—the mountain speaking through the wine. On the palate? Crisp, vibrant, electric. The time on the lees gives it depth and richness, but it never loses that alpine freshness. It's complex without being heavy, refined without being fussy.

What to pair it with:

  • On its own as an aperitif (this is what it's made for)
  • Oysters, prawns, or delicate fish
  • White meats like chicken or veal
  • Any moment that deserves something exceptional

It's elegant, but not delicate. Refined, but full of life. The kind of sparkling wine that reminds you why you love sparkling wine.

Serve at 6–8°C | ~12.5% alcohol

The De Vigili family has been tied to winemaking in Trentino since the 19th century. Though wars and hardship interrupted the story, the estate was rebuilt with determination and guided by a philosophy that values quality over size.

Today the winery is led by Francesco De Vigili, who has given new life to the family tradition with a bold and contemporary vision. The cellar is imagined not only as a place of production but as a space of inclusion and gathering, where wine, art, and the beauty of the Dolomites come together.

With an eye for detail and a respect for history, De Vigili continues to craft wines that reflect both the land and the spirit of those who tend it, offering bottles with authenticity, personality, and character.

The vineyards of De Vigili are located in the Piana Rotaliana, one of Trentino’s most renowned wine-growing areas. Nestled between the Adige and Noce rivers and framed by the Dolomite rock walls of Mezzocorona and Mezzolombardo, this land has been shaped by glaciers and enriched with fertile soils of sand, silt, and Tonalite pebbles.

The climate is marked by striking contrasts: cold alpine winds meet warm currents rising from Lake Garda, creating wide day-night temperature shifts that bring both freshness and depth to the wines.

In this unique environment, Chardonnay and Teroldego thrive, producing mountain wines that are precise, mineral, and full of character — a true reflection of the Dolomites.
