This is how the mountains do bubbles. ART comes from high-altitude chalky slopes in the Dolomites where the air is thin and the nights are cold. It’s made the classic way—36 months on the lees—but I like it better than Champagne. It tastes like here. Like stone, snow, and alpine clarity. It’s elegant and precise, but it carries that electric mountain energy.

You’ll find citrus and white flowers on the nose with a distinct whisper of chalk. The time on the lees adds depth and richness, but the wine never loses its sharp, vibrant edge. It’s straightforward, clean, and alive.

Pierluigi’s Note: This is Trentodoc at its best. I open it for an aperitif, but it’s serious enough to handle oysters, delicate fish, or even a full summer meal. It’s for those moments when you want something exceptional that doesn't feel forced. Serve it at 6–8°C.

The De Vigili family has been tied to winemaking in Trentino since the 19th century. Though wars and hardship interrupted the story, the estate was rebuilt with determination and guided by a philosophy that values quality over size.

Today the winery is led by Francesco De Vigili, who has given new life to the family tradition with a bold and contemporary vision. The cellar is imagined not only as a place of production but as a space of inclusion and gathering, where wine, art, and the beauty of the Dolomites come together.

With an eye for detail and a respect for history, De Vigili continues to craft wines that reflect both the land and the spirit of those who tend it, offering bottles with authenticity, personality, and character.

In the heart of the Italian Alps, the landscape of Trentino is defined by the dramatic limestone peaks of the Dolomites. This is a land shaped by ancient glaciers and carved by the Adige and Noce rivers, resulting in a complex soil rich in sand, silt, and mineral-heavy pebbles. Whether grown on the sun-drenched floor of the Piana Rotaliana or along the rugged mountain slopes, every ingredient—from noble grapes to earthy botanicals—is fed by pure, mineral-rich mountain springs.

The climate here is a story of sharp contrasts. Cold alpine winds from the north meet warm, gentle currents rising from the valleys, creating dramatic temperature shifts between day and night. This "alpine clarity" is the secret behind the vibrant acidity and aromatic intensity found in the region's drinks. The result is a collection of mountain-born liquids that are precise, mineral, and undeniably alive—a true reflection of the Dolomites' untamed spirit.
