The white that tastes like the coast.

Grown near the Adriatic, where sea breeze meets vineyard. You can taste it—white flowers, ripe apricot, fresh almonds, and a whisper of salt that tells you exactly where this wine comes from. Steel-aged to keep everything pure and lively. No oak, no tricks, just Greco doing what it does best: being fresh, bright, and impossible to put down.

What makes it special?

Intense straw-yellow in the glass. Floral on the nose, but the palate is where it gets interesting—dry, smooth, with a gentle salinity and hint of iodine from those coastal vineyards. Medium body, clean finish, the kind of white that makes you crave seafood even if you weren't hungry. It's got character without shouting about it.

What to pair it with:

  • Oysters or raw shellfish
  • Spaghetti alle vongole
  • Grilled sea bass or branzino
  • Fresh burrata with tomatoes

This is the white you buy when you want something that actually tastes like a place. Coastal, vibrant, effortlessly good.

Serve chilled | 12.5% alcohol

In the heart of Puglia's wine country, Casaltrinità represents a unique approach to winemaking since 1965 - one where local growers come together as equal partners in a true cooperative. The winery sits on historic lands once belonging to the Order of Malta, whose Maltese Cross symbolizes their unity on every label.

Today, under Antonio Gargano's leadership, these passionate winegrowers don't just combine their harvests - they make decisions together, share both challenges and successes, and equally participate in profits. This democratic approach to winemaking, rare in today's world, ensures that every bottle reflects not just one vision, but the collective expertise of an entire community.

From their award-winning 'Padre' to elegant international blends, their wines tell a story of shared passion and purpose, where every grower has a voice in creating wines that truly represent their land.

Blessed by the Mediterranean sun, Puglia forms the heel of Italy's boot, where olive groves and vineyards stretch as far as the eye can see. This ancient land has been producing exceptional wines since Roman times, each area adding its own chapter to the story.

In the north, the BAT province (Barletta-Andria-Trani) stands out as a jewel in Puglia's crown, where Emperor Frederick II once built his magnificent Castel del Monte, recognizing the area's special character for wine cultivation.

Here, in the historic town of Trinitapoli, limestone-rich soils and gentle sea breezes create the perfect conditions for growing noble grape varieties, especially the region's beloved Nero di Troia, allowing each wine to express its most distinctive characteristics.
