A gastronomic rosé. Made from 100% Nero di Troia, Puglia’s noble red grape, grown organically with care and respect for the land. This is a rosé with elegance, presence, and a vibrant pink color that announces itself the moment you pour. It’s not shy. It’s not trying to be easy. It’s here to make the moment feel special. Bright pink with serious intensity. The nose is all flowers, citrus, and pomegranate—fresh, lively, and inviting. On the palate, there is harmony. It’s fresh and delicate, but with a soft, velvety texture that gives it weight and character.

Pierluigi’s Note: This is a rosé for the table. While most people think of rosé as a light starter, this Nero di Troia has the weight to handle a light risotto or grilled seafood, also with Asia cousine. It’s the bottle I open when I want surprise guests with a nice pairing. Serve at 8–10°C.

In the heart of Puglia's wine country, Maria Faretra leads an all-female company that represents a unique and revolutionary approach to winemaking. With a modern soul and ancient values, the brand is born from a desire to combine the past with a forward-looking vision for the future.

Under her leadership, the philosophy is an obsessive search for detail, blending excellent technical skills with artistic inspirations. This meticulous attention extends beyond the cellar to the magnificent labels that create a complete and beautiful experience, honoring the authenticity of the wine inside and out. The winemaking process is based on a "subtraction" approach, the less is better, which allows grapes like Malbec to fully express the authentic character of their land.

To understand our products, you have to know Puglia, "A-pluvia", from Latin, the 'land without rain.' Around my home in the North, the lack of water forces the roots to fight, digging deep into the limestone soil. This struggle is why the flavors of our wine and oil are so concentrated and real. The sun provides the intensity, but the Adriatic breeze is always there to keep things fresh, bringing a touch of salt from the coast. It’s a rugged, honest landscape that doesn’t hide anything.
