Each November, when the air in Puglia turns crisp and the olives reach their peak, Terra Collective returns to its roots. This is not a tour; it is an invitation to join an exclusive sourcing cycle. We open our doors to a small group of enthusiasts to go behind the scenes of our production and experience the authentic, rural heart of Northern Puglia.

• The Harvest & The Mill
  Join us in the groves to experience the authentic olive oil cycle. You will participate in harvest firsthand and follow the olives to the frantoio (the mill), witnessing the magic of the "Olio Nuovo" as it is pressed. It is a deep dive into the craft and dedication behind every drop of Terra Collective.
• Traditions & The Shared Table
  The harvest is a time of connection. You will have the chance to eat and spend time with local families, experiencing the long-standing traditions of the region. From communal lunches to local kitchens, it is an immersion into the authentic flavors and hospitality of rural Puglia.
• Rural Beauty & Slow Pace
  We step away from the tourist routes to spend time in authentic villages where life follows the pace of the land. It is an opportunity to enjoy the quiet, non-touristy side of Puglia, discovering hidden corners and a way of life that remains untouched by the crowds.

Terra Collective acts as your expert host and coordinator, providing the local knowledge and insider access to make this experience possible.

• Your Journey: To keep things simple and flexible, you manage your own travel. We make it easy: we provide the specific flight you need to book so the whole group stays aligned and moves together. We are here to advise and support you through the process.
• On-the-Ground Logistics: We experience Puglia as a community. While we provide the expertise and coordination, local transport and dining are handled through shared arrangements. This keeps the experience transparent, personal, and focused on the harvest.

We keep our groups small, so we recommend signing up for the waitlist to stay informed. We don't have the exact dates for 2027 yet, but we usually depart during the second and third weekends of November. As soon as the dates and expected costs are confirmed, we will let our community know, starting with those on the waitlist.
